Made from 240g double-ply 32s compact-spun cotton jersey, woven on imported “Fukuhara” circular knitting machines, the fabric undergoes double-sided singeing to create a dust-free, ultra-clean surface.

Collar ribbing is custom-woven and batch-dyed with the garment fabric to ensure zero color variance. The standout feature is the hand-applied metal ring collar, created using 14 custom molds. Each ring is individually positioned, punctured by hand, and secured with precision screws — a time-intensive process that adds weight, shine, and durability.

Additional construction details include reinforced double-layer back neckline stitching, double-chain shoulder seams, and tight hem finishes for improved drape and structure. All trims feature custom Balenciaga three-label set (post-2022 update) for authenticity.
