How To Track Parcels

At HYPEKIXK.com, we make sure you can always stay updated on your parcel. Once your order has been shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number and a tracking link so you can check your delivery status anytime.

1.Get Your Tracking Number

  • After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number starting with MY… or SUA…

  • MY numbers → Delivered by GDex Express (mostly West Malaysia)

  • SUA numbers → Delivered by KEX Express (mostly East Malaysia)

  • Along with the tracking number, you’ll receive the official tracking link.


2. Open the Tracking Page

    ✔️ The tracking page does not require login — simply tap, enter your number, and track.

    ✔️ If you can’t access the link, search “SN TRACK” on Google to find the tracking page.

    3. Enter Your Tracking Number


    • Type or paste your tracking number (MY… / SUA…) into the box.

    • Press the blue button “Track Parcels / 查询网站”.


    4. View Your Delivery Status

      When you enter your tracking number, you’ll see detailed updates such as:

      • 📦 Parcel Location Updates

      • 🚚 Delivery Progress

      • 📅 Final Status & Delivery Time



    📢 Important Notes

    • Delivery usually takes 5-7 days after shipment.

    • Tracking info may take 24–48 hours to appear.

    • Standard order-to-delivery time is about 14 days total.
